There is speculation that Erin Andrews may flame out…perhaps because she is eye candy and her sideline reporting skills are lacking. Just remember though, if being eye candy is her job she needs a raise.
Duron Carter has become the “academic Maurice Clarett” by having to transfer from tOSU after failing to make grades
The minor league Lake Erie Crushers have offered free agent LeBron James a max contract for next season…a whopping $1600 per month! Getting paid yo!
There wasn’t a whole lot going on today…oh, except for the guy who single handedly changed the game of football being indicted on rape charges by a grand jury.
Braylon Edwards needs to shut him mouth and start talking with his hands…although the only thing he can catch these days is heat for his words.
no commentsThis weeks heavenly hump day gift is Maggie Grace. For those of you avid Lost watchers, I am sure you recognize her from her roll as Shannon Rutherford. Maggie was born in Worthington, Ohio and is 26 years old. She relocated to the City of Angels after her parents divorced when she was 16. Being born in Central Ohio, I would have to assume that Grace is a Buckeye, which jumps her from a 10 to a 12. Grace has also been in movies such as Taken and The Fog and can be seen in the upcoming Knight and Day. Join me in congratulating Maggie on being named this weeks Hump Day Hottie...oh...and Maggie, if you're reading this, I'm 26 and I was born in Youngstown, Ohio...I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin...(call me).

The Ohio State University men's basketball funny man and friend to Thunder Treats has been drafted... By the Harlem Globetrotters. Confused? Allow me.
Titus was one of the 6 players drafted by the Globetrottters this year and will have a chance to make their roster during spring training in September and October. If Titus can make the roster, he will be just the 3rd white player in 84 years to join the team. The Globetrotters got a look at Titus a couple months ago when they were in Columbus and actually were interested in him playing for their doormat Washington Nationals team, but unfortunately Titus was rehabing his bad shoulder.
After hearing of the news, Titus had to call his family and then talked to reporters. Then there was one more person he needed to contact...
"I'm going to call Evan soon and let him know I was drafted before him," Titus said.
Although excited about the opportunity, Titus will take it seriously...unless they want him to be a serious player.
"We'll talk and I'll figure out what they want from me. If they want me to be a serious player, there could be some problems. But if they want me to be the guy who throws the bucket of confetti, I'm good at that."

My heart was broken this morning as I listened to the radio on the way to work. Miranda Kerr, for whatever reason, is now engaged to Orlando Bloom after 3 years of dating. I guess thats pretty good that they can be together for 3 years and not be cheating on each other or up to their nostrils in blow. So good for them. For us, we can only hope that this piece of smokeface pie will continue to eye rape us with her spreads in GQ and Maxim. In honor of all that Miranda has given us in the past, here is a 36 picture gallery of her...One for every month Orlando has held her captive. Enjoy.
no commentsWell TMZ is back at it. They have found more news they deem "worthy" of the front page of their website. Look out! Conrad Murray got a hair cut! GASP! I don't know what is more baffling. The fact that this is news or the fact that 17 mongoloids "like" this via Facebook...

A man was put to death early this morning for a crime he committed in 1985….by firing squad.
Ronnie Lee Gardner was sentenced to death for the 1985 killing of Utah attorney Michael J. Burdell. He shot Burdell in the head during his attempt to escape from a court house. He too was shot and captured. Gardner chose death by firing squad over lethal injection when he was sentenced back in 2004, before the option was eliminated. Gardner walked willingly to his execution and offered no last words. Media witnesses were on hand but Gardner declined to have his family present. The family could be found outside holding a candle light vigil for Gardner.
There was a black hood placed over the head of the condemned as he was fastened into his chair. Witnesses say he hands were clinched the moment he sat down and remained so until the curtain was drawn after the shooting. The shooters of the squad were all police officers that had volunteered for the job and will remain anonymous. The stood behind a wall with gun ports cut out of it, about 25 feet in front of Gardner. Each officer had a .30 caliber Winchester rifle. One of the rifles was loaded with blanks so no one knows for sure who fired the bullet that ended Gardner’s life. Gardner sat with his head, shoulders, chest, waist, wrists and ankles cuffed into a chair with a wood paneling wall behind him and sandbags around him to prevent ricochet. After the warden secured the hood, everyone exited the room. Shortly after that, the firing squad took aim and carried out the punishment. Although members of the media present say there seemed to be no warning to Gardner. Like he didn’t know it was coming.
